Our Quarter beef package might be just what you're looking for! You will get all of the cuts that you know and love. On our quarter beef we evenly divide all cuts from the front and rear quarters of the beef.

So, let’s talk about how this works. YOU pay the deposit, and we will contact you of available dates. Right now, we have spots available through the end of the year. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once a deposit is made, we will let you know what available dates we have and to schedule delivery. We will not know the final price until we pick up the beef from the butcher and we have the rail weight. An exception to this is when we have one available in freezer, these we will have listed below with an all-in price. We charge $5.25 per pound x Rail Weight/2. So, if the rail weight of your beef is 800 pounds, then your quarter is 200 pounds. Your invoice will be $1050 minus your $125 deposit, so $925 will be the final due upon delivery.
A quarter beef will require approximately 3-4.5 cubic feet of freezer space.
